Stonewall is the UKs leading LGBT campaigning organisation. It runs a Workplace Equalities Index that encourages organisations to track and improve their efforts to achieve equality for all employees in their operations. However, many small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) are unaware of the Index or that they can call on Stonewall for assistance to develop the workforce. Led by Venu Dhupa, a team from Stonewall created the first ever Diversity Zone and at the London Business show in 2015 brought Stonewall to an entirely new market.
