Venu Dhupa led and completed the first international open consultation in 25 years on the British Council’s activity in the area of Arts and Culture. Following this VSDB was engaged by the British Council to conduct two research initiatives to inform the future development of the organisation. The first was ‘Understanding Diverse Leadership’ and the second was ‘Encouraging Entrepreneurship in Large Scale Organisations.’
