Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs are the department identified to run fast track routes to employment within the Civil Service. They wanted to remove barriers for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender candidates. Stonewall commissioned VSDB to conduct a Perceptions Study within this group to find out what young LGBT individuals considered the barriers to entry into the Civil Service to be and to explore more general attitudes to employment within the Civil Service
